Arepa Culture NC is a family-owned and operated food truck that serves gourmet style Venezuelan cuisine. Our Food Truck is inspired by the Latin American culture with local and organic products for an authentic, mouthwatering experience. Our Arepas and all of the ingredients we use are 100% GLUTEN FREE. We also offer Vegetarian and Vegan options.

Since 2011, Baguettaboutit has called home to several locations all across the Triangle for lunch and dinner, and as of November 2013 opened its doors to a brick and mortar restaurant in Durham, featuring its same tasty sausage sandwiches as well as a variety of salads, sides and vegetarian options.
The truck regularly makes an appearance at local concerts, food truck rodeos and festivals–and along with the brick and mortar–is always available for catering anytime you want.

Charlie Hamaty and his wife Teresa – owners of Charlie’s Kabob Grill on Wheels, have been in business since 2008 and have 2 restaurants in the Wake Forest area; one off of Capital Blvd and the other off of Heritage Lake Rd.
So he found an old Aramark truck and turned it into Charlie’s Kabob Grill on Wheels, which sells fresh and healthy Mediterranean Cooking.
Citizen Pops are simply the highest quality fresh fruit pops one could produce.
Our Pops are locally made by hand in micro batches - typically made just days before you enjoy them at events throughout the Triangle. Citizen Pops are made from fresh fruit (crazy, we know). We never use processed juices, colors, flavors or preservatives - instead combining on average four fresh ingredients per pop.

Wicked Taco, (located on Western Blvd.) a local restaurant that makes fresh handmade taco shells either flour or corn, offering a gluten free shell as well. SOOMSOOM PITA POCKETS
More than anything, we love to eat (in fact, right now, we might actually be eating). But most of all, we enjoy eating the food that we grew up with in Puerto Rico, our small caribbean island with a huge flavor profile. We find joy in coming together, putting some Salsa on the radio, and whipping up some delicious dishes like mofongo (mashed plantains), pernil (roasted pork), arroz con gandules (rice and pigeon peas), and something sweet such as flan or tres leches. Sometimes we cook our grandmother’s recipes, and other times from traditional Puerto Rican cookbooks. Most of the time, however, we are thinking of new recipes by bringing our authentic dishes and combining them with the southern food we have come to know and love in North Carolina. Spanglish is not just our unofficial language, but also our way of cooking.
